If the driver, for one reason or another, does not get vaccinated, he is suspended from work.
Suspension from work is motivated by the fact that a driver who has not been vaccinated poses a threat to the life and health of passengers he is carrying.
From a legal point of view, no one has the right to force a person to be vaccinated without his consent. But it is quite possible to remove from work a person who refused to get vaccinated while there is a pandemic. Since the epidemiological situation in the world is now dangerous and complex, it is legal.
Again, we all know that people can survive or be forced to resign for another reason if they refuse to get vaccinated. This is not news to anyone. Most people will not sue and ask for trouble. Easier to do as asked and live and work in peace.
People, in the current situation, are afraid to be left without work and will never find it later. Moreover, who knows, the employer may "hurry up" and dismiss disobedient employees under the article. And in this case, in the current conditions, it will be practically impossible to find a job!
Since most people don't like the fact that they are forced to inject an unknown drug into their body, and many people think that under the guise of a flu shot, they are given a dose of the COVID-19 virus, in order to test this drug on unsuspecting naive "rabbits", employees bring certificates that they were vaccinated in another location.
With a 99% probability, these certificates are fake. And what all this will lead to is not known.
There are people who are ready to sue, but there are very few of them and so far they are only talking about it. I think that they will not be given the opportunity to do something against the system.
You can guess as much as you like, but the fact remains. The government is fighting against the freedom of speech of ordinary citizens.
Even those who do not want to be vaccinated will not go against the majority, because most likely it will cause a resonance.
Someone is really scared and ready to do anything, just not to get sick. Therefore, a person who does not want to meet innovations may face the condemnation of others, which can also harm his career and relations in society.
The virus brings more and more danger, uncertainty and fear into our lives. The uncertainty made the people irritable and displeased. Nobody knows when and how it will end, and for almost a year the whole world has been living in limbo.
I would like very much that we, first of all, remain people in this situation. They helped each other whenever possible and did not get embittered. We are all in the same boat, which is being pushed by the powers that be. And we can only go with the flow, following the course that they set us.
