As strange as it may sound, many military men know the so-called "Ambulance Points" that are on our fingers.
The military are often in extreme situations, and sometimes they urgently need medical assistance, but the appropriate medicines are not always at hand, but our hands are always with us.
More recently, on my channel, I talked about a point on my finger that lowers blood pressure (I will leave the link below the article). Many readers checked the veracity of this technique "without leaving the monitor", and shared their results. For which many thanks to them.
Today I would like to tell you about one more point that quickly eliminates pain in the heart. This technique (as well as with AD) was shared with me by an acquaintance who has been serving in the army for about 20 years.
The point is on the cushions of the little fingers of both hands. For heart pain or palpitations, press on the top pad (see picture). fig.) of the little finger and wait 20 seconds.
At the same time, try to breathe evenly, calmly.
Next, massage your finger from top to bottom several times. Massage until the pain subsides.
In oriental medicine, the little finger is responsible for the heart, so doing regular self-massage of this finger, you can normalize the cardiovascular system.
