At the very beginning of the series "Love versus Destiny", we were shown the warm relationship between Kahraman and Defne. Their marriage for many was an example to follow, and it would seem that no adversity is capable of destroying it.
But, later Kahraman divorces Defne and marries Elif. Why did it happen? Where have feelings, trust and respect gone?
Elif won the heart of Kahraman with her kindness and innocent soul. For the sake of saving her loved ones, she sacrificed her happiness. Elif had her own dreams, she wanted to study and become a lawyer. But fate brought her to the house of Yoruk Khan and Elif was forced to play by their rules, in order to save her younger sister and mother.
Elif often turned to Kahraman for help, because neither Defne nor Keimet khanim was going to solve her problems. Kahraman saw how Elif's heart was breaking because of the worries for his loved ones. She is ready for a lot for them.
Defne, first of all, thought about her desires and ambitions.
When Keimet xanim took Elif to the ab.ort, the girl did not do it, but at that moment, she did not know that the child was in her womb, hers. Kahraman was again struck by Elif's actions. She is the only one who thought about his feelings and desires when, like Defne, she secretly wanted to poison the unborn baby.
Upon learning of Defne's pregnancy, Elif was ready to give up her happiness, but Kahraman could no longer refuse Elif.
More than once we will be shown Kahraman's admiration for Elif's kindness. She always thinks of her neighbor, often at the expense of her happiness.
