I am an avid gardener, and I spend all my free time in the beds among my plantings. At my dacha, I like to go barefoot, as this is not only a useful activity, but also very pleasant.
All would be nothing, but the heels from dry soil become rough, and if you do not take action on time, cracks may appear.
For health reasons, I cannot soar my legs, so I have to manage by other means. And in this, a starch mask helps me. I really like this mask, the heels after using it quickly recover, become soft and tender.
I like the mask because you can add any ingredients to the starch: honey, aspirin or sea salt. But I like it more with yolks and citric acid. This mask not only softens the skin of the heels, but also exfoliates rough skin.
In a glass bowl, combine two yolks, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon starch. We will get a pasty mass, which I apply to the previously cleansed skin of the heels.
I distribute the remaining mixture over the entire foot. Leave the mask for 10 - 20 minutes until a film appears.
After the procedure, wash off everything with warm water or chamomile infusion. And so that my legs do not hurt, I massage the entire foot with light pressure with the bones of my hands.
