They are relatively inexpensive, and it turns out that you can cook quite a lot of delicious dishes from them.

How to make chicken heart chops?
Cooking is very easy! You don't have to beat each heart individually. Place the entire serving in a plastic bag in one layer, and beat on both sides! You may not even tell your family members what such a delicious dish is made of! Let them try to guess for themselves, they are unlikely to succeed!
Recipe
You will need:
- chicken hearts - 1 kilogram;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- absolutely any seasoning for meat - 1 teaspoon;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- flour;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- any vegetable oil.
Cooking:
First, the hearts need to be put in a saucepan, filled with cold water and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Why do you need to do this? To get rid of all the excess blood from the offal.

After that, you need to rinse the chicken hearts under the tap, and carefully cut off the upper tubes. Now cut each heart in half, but not reaching the end. This is all the torment that awaits you! Now, as I wrote above, place a portion of the hearts in a plastic bag and gently beat them on both sides with a hammer.
Take your favorite spices for meat, if you don't use any of these, then pepper, salt and grated garlic will be enough. Beat the eggs, adding a little salt and water to them.
Pour flour or crackers into one plate. In the other - eggs. Turn on the heat, heat oil in a skillet. Dip each chop in flour, then in an egg, then again in flour. And grill for about a minute on each side. You don't need to keep the chops longer, otherwise they will turn out to be harsh. That's all! You can serve chicken heart chops with any sauce, gravy, side dish. It's only a matter of your taste and preferences.
Now I am always looking for some unusual recipes for cooking offal dishes. For example, all the same chicken hearts make a delicious barbecue! You can use soy sauce, mustard or even Coca-Cola as a marinade!
