You will need
- pork - 2 kilograms;
- salt - 0.5 kilograms;

- thyme - 4 grams;
- coriander seeds - 2 teaspoons;
- rosemary - 4 grams;
- lavrushka - 5 leaves.
Cooking steps
1.Wash the pork and then dry it with a paper towel. Excess fat needs to be cut off.

Take dry cheesecloth, put the meat in it, and hang it in a cool, ventilated area. A balcony works well, or you can hang it directly in the refrigerator. Leave the meat in this state for 2 weeks! If you keep the meat in the refrigerator, then it must be turned over 2 times a day!
