What are cabbage rolls? In simple terms, this is a dish of minced meat, wrapped in a cabbage leaf, and stewed in a sauce. That's just not so simple, considering all the nuances of cooking, methods and recipes, you can cook completely different stuffed cabbage every time, for every taste! Cabbage rolls with salmon

Composition:

  • cabbage;
  • salmon fillet - 0.5 kg;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • Italian herbs - 1⁄2 tsp l .;
  • pepper to taste.

Gravy:

  • celery - 1 stalk;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 1 s.;
  • tomato puree - 400 ml;
  • hot water - 50 ml;
  • lavrushka - 2 pcs.;
  • salt.

Preparation:

Chop fish and onions in any way, stir, and wrap the cabbage rolls. Place them tightly in a double boiler and turn it on for 20 minutes. For now, you can make the sauce. Chop the celery, grate the carrots, transfer everything to the pan, add salt, lavrushka, water and tomato. Simmer for 20 minutes under a closed lid, and then add to the cabbage rolls and simmer for another 20 minutes.

Stuffed cabbage rolls

Composition:

  • cabbage leaves - 300 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • minced meat - 600 g;
  • rice - 100 g;
  • sour cream - 400 g.

How to cook:

Boil eggs, chop, mix with minced meat, also add chopped onions and boiled rice, pepper and salt to taste. Wrap the filling in cabbage leaves. Fold the cabbage rolls into a deep baking sheet, tightly to each other, and grease with sour cream on top. You need to bake cabbage rolls in the oven at 200 degrees, about one hour.

Mushroom cabbage rolls

Composition:

  • cabbage;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • champignons - 300 g;
  • minced meat - 0.5 kg;
  • cream - 50 ml;
  • broth - 1 tbsp.;
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • honey - 1 tbsp. l.

How to cook:

Fry chopped onions, grated carrots, mushrooms cut into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and add cream, chopped greens, stir, sweat. Add the minced meat and half of the broth, mix well and wait for the liquid to evaporate. Form the cabbage rolls, place in the pan, pour the rest of the broth, and brush each cabbage roll with a solution of honey and soy sauce. Bake the dish until tender at 200 degrees.

Unusual stuffed cabbage rolls

Composition:

  • cabbage leaves;
  • minced meat - 700 g;
  • rice "Fair" - 200 g;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.;
  • seasonings;
  • greens;
  • garlic - 3 h.

Gravy:

  • tomato juice - 500 ml;
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • salt.

How to cook:

For the filling, mix finely chopped onions, grated carrots, pieces of pepper - fry, add boiled rice, seasonings, chopped herbs, grated garlic and minced meat. Wrap stuffed cabbage rolls, fold them tightly into a saucepan, fill with sauce ingredients, add sugar and salt. Simmer the cabbage rolls in the oven for 40 minutes at 220 degrees.

Composition:

  • cabbage leaves;
  • rice - 1 tbsp.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • apple - 1 pc.;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • greens;
  • garlic;
  • salt and pepper;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.

How to cook:

Cook the rice. Chop the onion, grate the apple and carrots, fry them in a pan. Mix everything with minced meat - this is the filling. Separately mix the chopped tomatoes, chopped herbs, grated cheese and garlic to taste, mayonnaise, add pepper and salt, stir - this is a "blanket". Roll the cabbage rolls, put them in a greased pan, cover with a "blanket", and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
