After all, homemade dishes are of high quality, tasty and do not contain harmful substances. Everyone knows that in the store delicacy there are flavors, dyes, and preservatives. So when you eat ice cream from the supermarket, you are eating a pretty set of chemicals. Therefore, I suggest you prepare such a dessert at home!

Sundae in chocolate

Composition:

  • condensed milk - 300 ml;
  • milk chocolate - 100 g;
  • cream from 26% fat - 300 ml.

How to cook:

First you need to beat the cream with a mixer until fluffy. Let them double in volume, it will take about 2 minutes.

Further, continuing to beat the mass with a mixer at a low speed, pour in the condensed milk in a thin stream. I take the same ratio of condensed milk and cream in the recipe, you can add a smaller sweet component.

Next, the mass must be poured using a ladle into silicone molds and stick the sticks. You can pour it into a regular container, but I've already gotten used to making it like an popsicle. Send your ice cream to the freezer! Everything!

If you want to make an ice cream in chocolate, then first melt the chocolate in a water bath, and then lubricate the cardboard cups with it from the inside.

Just pour in a little and spread around the entire perimeter. The remaining chocolate must be drained, all this must be done quickly, until the chocolate is frozen. Send the molds to the freezer for 10 minutes, then remove them, pour the ice cream into them and stick them in the middle of the stick. You need to keep the future ice cream in chocolate in the freezer for at least 4 hours. And you can even leave it all night. All that remains is to cut the cardboard cups and remove the ice cream!

Chocolate marshmallow ice cream

Composition:

  • dark chocolate - 50 g;
  • marshmallow - 100 g;
  • cream above 20% fat - 300 g;
  • pistachios - 100 g.

How to cook:

Pour the cream into an ovenproof dish, add finely chopped marshmallows and chopped chocolate. Heat the ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly with a whisk. As the marshmallow and chocolate dissolve, you can remove it from heat. Let the mixture cool slightly, and pour into plastic cups. Put the ice cream in the freezer overnight, and after 2 hours in the refrigerator, stick a stick in each. Peel the pistachios, dry them in a skillet for about 10 minutes, and grind with a blender. Dip the finished ice cream into warm water for a couple of seconds and remove from the cups. Sprinkle with pistachio crumbs.

Chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips

This ice cream is a little more difficult to prepare, but the result will definitely impress you!

Composition:

  • cream from 33% fat - 400 ml;
  • milk - 130 ml;
  • yolks - 3 pcs.;
  • cocoa - 15 g;
  • sugar - about 100 g

How to cook:

First you need to make the chocolate cream. Whisk together milk, cocoa, sugar and yolks. If you use dark chocolate, then feel free to pour in 100 g of sugar, if milk chocolate, even 50 g will be enough. Put the components in a water bath, and, stirring, wait until the mass thickens, 10 minutes is enough. Next, add chocolate to the cream, pre-chop it, mix, and set the side aside.

Now you need to whip the cream so that it doubles. After that, add the chocolate mass and mix well until smooth. Put the resulting mixture in a container and put it in the refrigerator. From time to time you need to take out the ice cream, and stir it with a fork so that there are no ice crystals. When the mixture becomes thicker, pour the chocolate chips into the ice cream and put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
