First recipe

You will need:

  • garlic - 250 g;
  • salt - 1 tsp l .;
  • rast. oil - 30 ml.;
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.

How to cook:

Peel the garlic, place it in a blender, and beat well until a paste is obtained. Next, put the rest of the ingredients directly into the blender, and mix everything again.

Transfer the finished paste to a clean glass jar; you can pour a little vegetable oil on top. You can store this yummy both in the refrigerator and in the freezer. Don't worry, the paste won't turn to stone, it will be very easy to get out of the jar.

Second recipe

You will need:

  • garlic - 250 g;
  • salt - 1 tsp l .;
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • rast. oil - 30 ml;
  • dill - 2 branches.

How to cook:

In principle, the preparation is the same. Just grind everything in a blender to a pasty mass, and you're done!

Third recipe

Take:

  • ginger - 100 g;
  • garlic - 150 g;
  • chili pepper - if you like.

How to cook:

Peel the garlic and ginger. By the way, from already peeled ginger, you need to try to scrape the pulp from the peel, where it is very fragrant and burning. Chop the ginger and garlic into chunks and send to the blender. You can take other proportions of the components to your taste. If you wish, you can also add a couple of peppers, then the appetizer will be very spicy! If you are afraid to ditch your blender, then you can, in principle, twist the ginger through a meat grinder or try to grate it. Transfer the finished pasta to a jar and store in the refrigerator.

Garlic paste can be used to make sauces, first and second courses. Or you can just smear it on toast and eat it. By the way, as for the last recipe, there is much more benefit in such a snack. Everyone knows that both garlic and ginger are aphrodisiacs, which means that in addition to speeding up recovery from colds, the paste can increase potency, relieve infertility and frigidity.
