I love thin pancakes, and I really like stuffing them with something. You can eat for breakfast, for lunch, and for dinner, or you can even put such a dish on the festive table! I want to offer you my options for fillings! Choose which one you like best and please your loved ones!

Delicious toppings for pancakes

Egg

Boil 4 eggs, and grate them, fry about 50 g of green onion, chop the dill to taste, salt and stir.

Curd

You will need a pound of cottage cheese, combine it with one yolk, add a couple of tablespoons of sugar, mix everything well. Also, you need to add 50 g of pre-steamed raisins to the curd.

Chicken

Boil the chicken breast and pass it through a meat grinder, add 10 g of finely chopped dill, two grated boiled eggs, pepper and salt to taste. Stir and stuff the pancakes.

Mushroom

0.5 kg of mushrooms must be fried with a couple of onions, add pepper and salt to taste.

From boiled sausage

Pork or beef liver (500 g) must be fried with two onions and one grated carrot, and then mash a little with a fork. Also, you need to add 3 grated boiled eggs to the liver. Salt and pepper to taste.

Meat

Fry 0.5 kg of minced meat with one onion, add salt and pepper to taste. Fast and tasty. I recommend throwing the minced meat in a colander so that the oil glass.

Cheese

Cut 300 g ham into strips, add grated boiled eggs - 2 pcs. and cheese - 150 g, stir. You can add dill.

With dried apricots

Mash 300 g of cottage cheese with a tablespoon of sugar, add chopped dried apricots - 100 g. Stir and you're done! Insanely delicious!

Beef filling

Beef - 0.5 kg, you need to cook for 1.5 hours. After that, it is twisted in a meat grinder. Chop the onion and fry on the sl. butter, and then mix with the meat, add salt to taste. Very satisfying!

With condensed milk

You don't have to do anything here at all. You can both smear the pancakes from the inside and wrap them up, or eat them, dipping them into a treat. Both ordinary and boiled condensed milk are suitable.

With a red fish

Mix soft cream cheese with chopped red fish fillets. Add greens if you like. Unusual and luxurious!

Powdered sugar

Unusual filling. Just "sprinkle" the pancake with powder and wrap it up!

With minced meat and rice

Fry 0.5 kg of minced meat in oil to evaporate all the juice, then add the chopped onion, and then fry. Continue until the minced meat is done. And then add boiled rice, salt and mix.

Caramel

Pour a pinch of vanilla and 4 tablespoons into the bottom of the pan. l. sugar, pour in about 1 tsp. l. water, and cook, stirring occasionally, until everything is brown. Pour the caramel over the pancakes.

For the filling, you need to take a sweet and sour variety of apples. Rub a couple on a grater, add 1 tbsp. l. chopped walnuts, a tablespoon of sugar and a little cinnamon. Awesome stuffing!
