Recipe for kefir pie with cherry

You will need:

  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • flour - 200 grams;
  • cherry - 200 grams;
  • sugar - 200 grams;
  • warm kefir - 200 grams;
  • baking powder - 1 sachet;
  • butter.

Preparation:

Cherries can be taken, both fresh and frozen. You just need to get the bones first. If you are cooking from frozen berries, put them in a colander to drain all excess liquid. By the way, you need to freeze the cherry with the seeds previously removed, so then you just take the berry out of the freezer, defrost it, and you can use it for its intended purpose.
