You will need:

How to cook:
The whole secret is in the correct kneading of the dough. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with sugar using a mixer until the last component is completely dissolved. The mass should grow approximately 4 times. You also need to beat the whites into a very dense foam. And then both mixtures need to be combined and mixed gently.
Now it's the turn of flour, it needs to be added to the egg mass in small portions. The flour must first be sifted, beating the dough with a mixer at low speed. Also add a few drops of lemon juice to remove the egg odor.
Turn on the oven, let it heat up to 180 degrees. At this time, take care of apples. Core them out. You can also peel off the rind. Chop the fruit finely and fold into a greased baking dish. Pour the dough over the top. You need to bake charlotte for 20-25 minutes.
You can check the readiness of the pie using any wooden stick. Remove the finished dessert from the mold, put it on a beautiful dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Charlotte - recipe for a multicooker
You will need:
- sugar - 1 glass;
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
- medium apples - 5-6 pieces;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- flour - 1 glass;
- butter.
How to cook:
Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Add vanilla sugar and portions of pre-sifted flour. This will make the cake more fluffy.
Cut off the peel of apples and remove the cores. You can take both sweet apples and sour ones.
Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, set the Baking mode for 60 minutes. Put finely chopped apples into the oven bowl, then pour the dough. Close the lid of the multicooker and press "Start". The dessert will be ready in just one hour! You can serve it hot or cold. For originality, you can add a little lemon zest to the dough.
