  • Rub on a grater 2 cucumbers, 1 carrot - everything is fresh, and add a little mayonnaise to them. Cucumbers can be squeezed out a little beforehand. Put the mass on the pita bread, and put half rings of tomatoes on top.
  • Peel the eggplants, slice them lengthwise, salt and leave for 15 minutes. After that, the vegetables need to be washed and fried in vegetable oil. Put eggplants on pita bread, sprinkle them with sour cream, put circles of tomatoes on top, you can add a little garlic.
  • Grate 3 potatoes and 3 pickled cucumbers, add some green peas, pieces of smoked chicken and mayonnaise. Almost olivier in a roll!
  • Rub 200 g of cheese on a coarse grater, add 2 grated eggs, cilantro and dill. Fry the rolls in a skillet.
  • Fry 200 g of mushrooms with an onion, cool, add finely chopped dill and 100 g of grated cheese.
  • Lavash should be greased with soft cheese, then put the lettuce leaves, on one edge put the mashed salmon from the jar, then the grated cheese, and then the crab sticks in cubes. Roll into a roll.
  • Combine any fruit by dicing and soft curd.

Usually more rolls are made, then you just need to increase the number of components. For example, for 1 kg of minced meat - 8 tomatoes, 400 cheese and 4 lavash. Brush a baking dish with vegetable oil. Dip the rolls well in the egg and place in the mold. You need to cook at 180 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes. The finished rolls need to be cooled, cut into portions, and can be served!
