I do not recommend preparing this snack in advance, because tomatoes are watery and they quickly begin to juice, especially if they are salted. Recipe three - Italian tomatoes with cottage cheese

And here is a recipe for those who turn up their nose from mayonnaise. After all, I know that this product is harmful, but someone simply does not tolerate it. Therefore, we will take cottage cheese instead of mayonnaise, it will turn out to be no worse, it is also tasty, aromatic and beautiful!

Composition

  • tomatoes - 2 medium;
  • homemade cottage cheese - 85 g;
  • garlic - 3 h.;
  • greens - 15 g;
  • homemade sour cream - 2.5 tbsp. l .;
  • olives;
  • salt;
  • Provencal herbs.

Preparation

I tell you - you can take cottage cheese and sour cream not homemade, any that you come across, and Provencal herbs are sold in the store in the department with spices and seasonings. So, wash the tomatoes again and cut them into rings. Place the tomato slices on a nice dish. Curd needs to be brought into a homogeneous state, either remember with a fork, or chop in a blender. Peel the garlic and grate. Chop the herbs, dill is more suitable for cottage cheese. Cut the olives into halves - you will need them for decoration. Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, herbs together. Salt the tomatoes, sprinkle with herbs, put the curd mass on top. On each piece of tomato, put several halves of olives, everything is ready, you can treat your loved ones!
