Pancake pizza

This recipe came from Italy. The pizza is prepared with pancake dough. However, the mystery is not in it, but in the filling. Let's check out the recipe!

You will need:

  • chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
  • flour - 200 grams;
  • milk - 300 milliliters;
  • soda - a pinch;
  • salt - ¼ teaspoon;
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • sausage / meat / mushrooms;
  • tomatoes;
  • olives;
  • cheese - 50 grams.

Preparation:

Beat 2 eggs well with salt and sugar, add milk, stir, then turn soda and flour. Knead the pancake dough. Its consistency should be like thick sour cream, if it's too thick, then you can add a little warm water.

Pour 2/3 of the whole dough into the prepared form, and put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. During this time, the dough will harden a little, and you can lay out the filling. In general, you can use absolutely any product, trust your imagination. I like it with meat or sausage, I definitely add tomatoes, I decorate the pizza with olives.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the pizza there. Bake the dish for 20 minutes, then break the third egg in the middle, cover everything with cheese, and pour the rest of the dough around the edges. You need to bake the dish for another 20 minutes!

This kind of pizza is even served in Italian restaurants!

Pumpkin Pancake Cake

I don't know where this recipe came from, but the fact that the cake turns out to be simply divine is for sure. But the whole point is that grated pumpkin is added to the usual pancake dough. The pancakes are orange in color, and the whole cake is just delicious.

You will need:

  • raw grated pumpkin - 1 glass;
  • milk - 1 glass;
  • egg - 3 pieces;
  • turmeric - 1 teaspoon;
  • sugar and salt to taste;
  • flour - by eye;
  • vegetable oil;
  • mayonnaise, cheese, garlic, herbs.

Preparation:

Grate the pumpkin and set it aside. In the meantime, beat the eggs well with salt and sugar until the mass is whitened, add milk, turmeric, a little vegetable oil, then pumpkin and flour. The dough should be a little thicker than for the pancakes.

Bake the pancakes as usual, after greasing a preheated pan with vegetable oil. The pancakes will turn out to be slightly thicker than the usual ones.

You can lay out pancakes directly on top of each other. In the meantime, you need to put mayonnaise in a bowl. For those who are especially concerned with their figure and health, I would advise you to replace a store product with a homemade one, or use sour cream, natural yogurt, low-calorie cottage cheese-puree. Add chopped herbs, grated cheese and garlic to mayonnaise. Set the proportions by eye.

Put a pancake on a flat dish, brush with the prepared mixture, on top of the second, grease again. And so on to the very top. Grease the top pancake with mayonnaise mixture and garnish with herbs.

From the products specified in the recipe, 7-8 pancakes are obtained, this is enough to make a delicious cake. You can make any sauce layer. For example, you can fry onions with carrots, and mix with mayonnaise and garlic. It also turns out insanely delicious! Let the finished cake cool, and then put it in the refrigerator, let it cool. But, in principle, you can eat it warm.
