- cottage cheese - 300 grams;
- flour - ½ cup;
- sugar - 2 tablespoons;
- sour cream 20% - 1 tablespoon;
- vanillin - 2 grams.

- sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- sour cream 20% - 2 teaspoons;
- fine salt - ½ teaspoon;

Preparation
We start cooking with dough. We must have it soft, tasty, in general, good! First you need to soften the butter. Add sugar to it and beat well. Now you need to gradually introduce the remaining components - sour cream, mix, salt, mix. Each time you need to thoroughly beat the food, then the turn of sifted flour and baking powder. They need to be combined together, and then gradually introduced to the products. After thorough mixing, the finished dough must be refrigerated for one hour. The temperature in which he needs to stand should be 3-5 degrees.
And at this time you need to do the stuffing. With her, everything is much easier and faster! Cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, flour and vanillin must be whipped with a blender until smooth and homogeneous. Everything! The filling is ready! If you wish, you can add something else to the products. For example, raisins, cinnamon, honey - it's just a matter of taste. And my filling is classic, ordinary.
When the dough has cooled, you can begin the process of sculpting the dough. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into equal sized balls. Next, each such ball must be rolled into a layer, and not thinly, but about 8 millimeters thick. In the middle of each cake, you need to put the curd filling, and close up the juice. It is molded like dumplings, only large ones. The contour of the coppers must be decorated with cloves. That's all! Now each juice should be greased with a mixture of one yolk and 2 tablespoons of water.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the juices on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake for 15 minutes. After that, the oven must be ventilated, the temperature must be reduced to 180 degrees, and the juices must be baked for another 15 minutes. You can sprinkle the prepared juices with icing sugar!

- The cottage cheese for the filling must be dry. If there is liquid, then it is better to squeeze the product. It is advisable to rub the cottage cheese through a sieve so that the filling is tender.
