Making homemade ketchup
1. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. To get rid of the seeds, pass the tomato cubes through a sieve.
4. Grind the tomato mass with onions and garlic, put on a small fire, add spices and vinegar. Cook until the desired consistency is obtained.
5. Pour the finished hot ketchup into pre-steamed jars, pasteurize for an additional 10 minutes.
