Only proper nutrition will help to restore your figure and improve your condition, and not strict prohibitions on everything tasty. Learn to find new flavors in healthy food!

1. Proper nutrition is not a blitz program for the next week! You should always eat normally, so tune in to the fact that it will become permanent and unchanging.

2. Do not fill up! Food from the refrigerator and stores will not go anywhere, world hunger is not threatening in the near future. Eat small meals, but often - every three to four hours.

3. To convince yourself not to eat too much of your meal, get yourself small plates and cups. Even with a strong desire, you will not put or pour more than you should!

4. If you want to eat, drink! In case of severe hunger, a glass of plain water or green (herbal) tea with a drop of honey will reduce the desire to eat everything you see. Then it is easier to limit yourself to the prescribed portion. It is better to eat 15... 20 minutes after drinking water (tea).

5. Buns, cakes, chips and mineral water are the worst enemies of the stomach and the figure! It is better to forget about them once and for all. High-calorie desserts, fatty and fried foods, any fast food should also be included in the "not allowed" list.

6. Fruits, vegetables, nuts - a much better snack than any fast food. And for health benefits, and conscience for a disturbed food system does not torment.

7. If the body does not accept raw vegetables and fruits, do not force yourself. Better to steam, stew or boil them.

8. Porridge, lean meat, fish and seafood, dairy products should be the basis of the diet.

9. You should not gorge yourself at night, the most nutritious and long-digesting dishes are best eaten in the morning. You can only determine what is easier to digest on your own - everyone's body is different.

10. Eating right doesn't mean starving! The constant feeling of hunger will ruin your mood and sooner or later lead to a breakdown. Add feasible exercise to food restrictions, and the effect of losing weight will be noticeable much earlier.
