How can you remove rust
Cleaning metal surfaces at home is easy enough.
1. Use a stiff brush and baking soda. Wet the rusty surface, then dust it with powder. Let it stand for about 10 minutes, and start rubbing with a slight pressure. With a little effort, you can easily deal with the problem.
2. Apply lemon and sea salt. To do this, cut the citrus in half, apply a couple of spoons of large particles to the cut, and start processing the surface. This method is harsher than the first, be careful not to damage the item.
3. Foil combined with acid. This method is convenient for tidying up small cutlery. To do this, apply lemon juice on aluminum foil crumpled into a ball and rub the objects well with it. Then place them in a vinegar solution and let stand until the corrosion is completely gone.
Now you know how you can remove rust from any surfaces or objects. But the more effective way is to simply prevent it from occurring.
