Not everyone has enough time to fully care for their skin. But it is the face that gives out the age and is the hallmark of a person. If you don't want to waste your time and money on visiting beauty salons, do a series of skin cleansing and nourishing treatments regularly and you will always look gorgeous. How to cleanse your face at home without resorting to expensive cosmetics will be discussed below.
How to mechanically cleanse your face
You can do mechanical cleaning yourself. For this:
1. Steam your face well: take a hot bath or take a baking soda bath in a bowl.
2. With clean hands, use cotton pads or swabs to squeeze out blackheads and clogged pores.
3. Wipe your skin with an alcohol-based lotion and apply a soothing mask.
4. Rinse off with warm water, and apply a nourishing cream to cleansed face and décolleté.
This procedure is best done before the weekend, as the face will be swollen and reddened for a while. But after a couple of days, you will notice clear improvements.
How to cleanse your face at home
There are many recipes for lotions, masks and creams to help you with this.
1. Cleansing lotion. To prepare it, mix lemon juice and calendula alcohol tincture 3 to 1. Wipe your face and neck after washing and before applying moisturizer every day.
2. Oatmeal cleansing mask. To prepare it, take 3 tablespoons of finely ground porridge, pour boiling water and steam. Add a little lemon juice and honey to the thick gruel. Apply for 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Lubricate cleansed face and décolleté with a fat cream.
3. Coffee scrub. It perfectly exfoliates the top layer of the skin, rejuvenates, cleanses and refreshes its appearance. For preparation, take the bulk of brewed natural ground coffee and dilute with washing gel or honey. Rub it well on the damp skin of the face and neck and wash. Moisturize cleansed face and décolleté with cream.
Perform home treatments regularly, and within a week you will notice a positive effect.
