You can have clean and well-groomed hair for a long time if you not only wash it often, but also use the right products for this, for example, homemade oatmeal hair shampoo.

Dirty hair problem

Washing your hair regularly and daily is a real challenge for most women. You wash your head every morning, and by evening the roots of your hair are already oily, and the ends seem to be deprived of life.

The more often I wash my head, the faster my hair gets dirty. Or maybe it's all about shampoo?

Why regular shampoos don't work

Manufacturers are interested in us buying their product frequently. Therefore, store-bought shampoos work so poorly and run out quickly. After all, short hair requires daily washing, and long hair has to be washed 3-4 times a week if you use a store shampoo. After all, he washes the hair extremely poorly and cannot cope with cleansing the scalp.

At the same time, you can prepare a homemade shampoo that you need to use only 1-2 times a week in order to always have clean curls and a well-groomed head.

Oatmeal Shampoo Recipe

For cooking we need:

  • any regular shampoo
  • coarse oatmeal
  • olive oil.

How to make a good shampoo yourself

Take one tablespoon of any regular hair shampoo. Combine it with one tablespoon of dry coarse oatmeal. Mix well. Then add 2-4 drops of good olive oil. And stir the shampoo again.

How to wash your hair

Divide the product into two servings. Since we are going to wash our hair twice.

Do not touch the scalp the first time. And gently and superficially distribute the product along the entire length of the hair. You don't need to rinse your hair heavily with oatmeal shampoo the first time. This requires a second time. Just gently distribute the product over the entire length and rinse with warm water. Since the first wash is necessary in order to wash off the urban dust of the styling products.

But for the second time, we cleanse the scalp from sweat and oil, and also cleanse the hair more deeply. To do this, apply a second dose of oatmeal shampoo to your hair roots and scalp. Start massaging your head well. Flush not only the roots, but also the length. Rinse off with warm water.

Thanks to the olive oil in the oat shampoo, you don't need to use the balm after washing your hair.
