Every woman dreams of staying beautiful at any age and spending as little effort and money on it. Fortunately, in our modern age of advanced technology and medicine, it has become available to everyone. Every day, advertising offers us newfangled and miraculous creams and procedures for face and body hair, but unfortunately, high-quality and safe care is quite expensive.

Many women successfully use the so-called beauty injections, namely botox, but what about those who cannot afford it? or has a medical contraindication to this procedure?

I would like to offer a solution to this problem from my own experience. I'll start with the first option (we need a tablespoon, we will measure the ingredients against it):

Potato mask

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon starch (potato)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 teaspoon peach oil

We stir, the consistency of sour cream should turn out, apply on the face, wait 10 minutes. As you know, starch is distinguished by its positive effect on age-related wrinkles and the regulation of the sebaceous glands.

Honey mask

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oatmeal flour (you can grind oatmeal in a blender or coffee grinder yourself)

Mix the whole mixture well and heat in a water bath until thickened, apply for 15 minutes. You will be pleasantly surprised by the result of this mask! Everyone knows about the benefits of honey. It is absorbed by the human body by 100%, it has many chemical compounds that have a positive effect on the skin.

Vitamin cocktail

Ingredients:

  • Vitamin E 5 drops (sold in the pharmacy as amber balls, or in a bottle called Alpha-Tocopherol Acetate)
  • 1 tbsp aloe (you can take a live flower, aloe gel in its original packaging)
  • Apply the mask to a clean face, before going to bed for 30 minutes (I leave it overnight)

You can also add simple exercises for the face in the complex:

1. Inhale through your nose, and exhale alternately through the right and left corners of your mouth. You need to exhale the air forcefully, in jerks.

2. Place your palms on your forehead and press lightly. Then try to raise your eyebrows against the resistance of your palms.

3 Breathing in through your nose, puff out your cheeks, and then exhale forcefully against the resistance of your lips.

The effect of these masks will not be long in coming, after 2 weeks of alternate use of these masks, my skin has improved significantly. The complexion became even, elasticity and a pleasant feeling on the skin appeared. No more tightness and peeling.
