What do we need to prepare dinner
- Fresh zucchini - 4-5 pieces. Better to take small young fruits.
- A pound of scrolled meat (you can take minced meat that you are used to, pork and chicken are also suitable. if necessary, they can be mixed together).
- Rice (it is better to take round for this dish) - quite a bit, about 50 g. will be sufficient.
- Cheese (it is more convenient to work with hard varieties, but this does not affect the final taste of the dish, take the one that is) - 50-100 g (if there is no cheese, then you can perfectly do without it)
- Sour cream (fatty, non-acidic) - 300 g
- Tomato paste (you can take a ripe tomato, peel it with boiling water and mash with a blender) - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Onions (medium size) - 1 pc.
- Garlic - just 2 cloves are enough, if you are a garlic lover, then take more.
- Salt, black pepper, herbs, fresh herbs - to taste
- Water - half a glass.

How to cook
First of all we will do the fill. To do this, take a deep bowl and mix sour cream, tomato, pepper and salt in it properly. After everything has been mixed, you need to add warm clean water. We pour it not all, but as much as necessary, thereby adjusting the density of the fill.
After the desired density is reached, we pour out the remaining water, we do not need it.
After that, we clean the onions, wash them and cut them into small cubes. Pour into a deep bowl. cut greens there (I take dill and parsley, everything is traditional, nothing more than exotic).
We clean the garlic.
It is necessary to boil the rice in advance. After that, take the minced meat and mix it with chopped onions, herbs, and herbs. Squeeze the cloves of garlic through the garlic press. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Now you need to mix very well. It is important.

We bake at 180 degrees until the squash is soft. if you do not like that they can crumble, then you can not hold it for half a minute. Then they will be ready, but retain their shape. Five minutes before removing the zucchini from the oven, sprinkle it with grated hard cheese or whatever is at hand. But this is optional.
