How to make delicious pies without steaming the dough

Who doesn't love good food? Surely there are no such people. Well, at least I haven't met. But I saw a lot of those who believe that cooking, and even more so baking, is difficult and long. Imagine, it happens that you can cook very lush and unrealistically delicious pies from the most common products that every housewife has in the kitchen. At the same time, you will not need to stand for hours at the stove, monitor the dough, crush it and wait again until it rises. There is a way to make a hearty and healthy breakfast in minutes. And this is not scrambled eggs, but fried pies in a pan.

Let's talk about the recipe for delicious, melting in your mouth pies that are prepared very simply and quickly. You don't even have to stand the dough for this! For the filling, take a boiled egg and fresh green onions.

I have been frying these pies every Saturday for a long time. And, imagine, they don't get bored. Making the dough is easy and will take about seven minutes (I timed it). You can put any filling (potatoes with onions, cottage cheese, rice with canned fish, and so on).

Let's start with the recipe itself:

1. First, let's make the filling, as this is the longest. It is necessary to boil five chicken eggs hard-boiled and, after cooling, finely chop. It is better to freeze in cold water, if someone does not already know. Add chopped onion to them (about 40-50 g). Salt to taste, it takes me half a teaspoon of salt (without a slide). Now you need to mix everything well and set aside.

2. We begin to knead the dough. We take a deep bowl (the size should correspond to the portion of the finished dough). Pour water heated to 30-35 degrees into it in the amount of 1 cup and pour a tablespoon of sugar and a teaspoon of salt there.

You need a little (tablespoon) odorless vegetable oil (refined). Pour it into a bowl of water, mix with 25 grams of instant yeast.

After the ingredients are well mixed, you need to sift a pound of flour into the mixture. Now we knead the dough and in one fell swoop we overturn a glass of boiling water there. It is very important now to mix everything quickly so that lumps do not have time to form. For mixing, it is better to use a spoon or mixer with special attachments. It's more comfortable for me with a spoon, that's how you feel the dough.

3. After the dough has cooled (five to six minutes), you need to sift another 200 g. flour and knead the dough with your hands until tender.

4. To prevent the mass from sticking to your hands, moisten your palms with vegetable oil (you only need a couple of drops) and tear off small pieces (about 40-50 g) for the subsequent formation of a pie.

5. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out small circles.

6. Place the filling in the middle of each piece and mold a pie.

7. Fry the pies in a hot vegetable oil in a frying pan. They need to be laid out with the seam down, otherwise they may disperse.

8. Frying time is about 4 minutes.

Such a recipe is appropriate when guests suddenly appear, and you have absolutely nothing to treat them with. I assure you, they will be satisfied and will certainly ask for a recipe as a bonus.
