My family is always delighted when I prepare this dish. It's incredibly simple, affordable, and incredibly delicious. Even my son, who is not a special lover of fish and onions, appreciated this recipe and cracks both cheeks when I cook it!

From the background, my grandfather is an ardent lover of fishing, and constantly, almost all year round, dragged fish into the house. But after all, any dish sooner or later gets bored with regular use. And it was then that my grandmother came up with this recipe, which I am now happy to share with you!

"Fish in an onion coat".

We will need: 500 g of any of your favorite fish; 2-3 heads of onions of mediocre size; 4 tablespoons of flour (here you see for yourself based on the size of your fish); salt, chopped black pepper is also red according to taste; half a minor lemon; a pinch of ground cinnamon; vegetable oil.

The fish must be cleaned of scales and all entrails removed. We rinse well and separate the meat. Divide the fillets into pieces and put them in a cup. Salt and pepper the fish, sprinkle with squeezed lemon juice. We add a few, almost on the edge of a ground knife

Onions must be chopped in a blender or grated, we also add it to the fish.

Stir everything well and put it in the refrigerator. The shortest pickling time is an hour. It is possible to keep marinating overnight.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Of course, olive oil is the most correct, it gives the fish a special aroma. However, at that time they were fried on ordinary lean. We take out the pieces of fish from the marinade so that they are under the onion puree and, in addition, bread in flour.

We spread the fish pieces in a frying pan. The flame near the frying pan must be by no means strong. We fry the fish from 2 edges up to wheat color. It will take about ten minutes.

It is also possible to serve such fish on the table in a warm or cool version.
