How I made delicious oatmeal for breakfast

I came home late the night before. I was detained at work and for this reason I did not go to the store - I simply did not have the strength. But then you need to cook breakfast in the morning, but there is nothing in the fridge, and the mouse hung itself out of grief. I had to look on the shelves of kitchen cabinets and I was lucky! I found oatmeal. Well, I had eggs, just enough for one serving. I began to think that something so tasty could be prepared from such a meager set of products and I remembered that my friend's, in our youth, we got into exactly the same situation. And then they prepared oatmeal. It turned out to be extremely tasty, and as it turned out later, useful. Everything was decided, I quickly knead the dough and fry the dish from the memories of the past. It will make a light and hearty breakfast, which is exactly what I need!

I want to share this recipe and the result of my work with all visitors to my page. Perhaps some of you know how to prepare such a breakfast, but surely there will be those who first hear about such a budget and fast option. By the way, this option can be prepared for the whole family (each one has a pancake) and at the same time save energy, and minutes of precious morning sleep, and money. The latter in my case is extremely relevant when there are five days left before the salary.

But back to our oatmeal. Cooking is simple and quick, a teenager can handle it (I checked). In about 7-10 minutes we will get a wonderful and aesthetic breakfast. If you have vegetables and herbs, then it is worth chopping light salads and seasoning it with vegetable oil; this will come in handy for the main dish.

How to cook

In order to get oatmeal, we will need:

  • some oatmeal (about 3-4 level tablespoons);
  • a couple of chicken eggs;
  • half a glass of milk;
  • a pinch of salt.

I didn't have greenery, I didn't add it, but I think it won't be superfluous.

The most important thing in preparing this dish is the exact adherence to the algorithm of actions. Discipline is paramount in this case. if you neglect or rearrange one of the action points, then the oat pancake will come out lumpy. We don't need that. If you do everything right, then success is assured.

First things first, you need to lightly beat the eggs. Foam we do not need heterogeneity is welcome. While stirring the egg mixture, add salt and soda if you want. The latter will add splendor to the pancake..

Now pour in the milk and mix a little again. The texture should be uniform. When the mixture is ready, add the flakes. Yes, just dry. Common, such as "Hercules".

In the meantime, our skillet should be heated over high heat. you need to drop oil into it. Let it get hot. Reduce heat under the pan and pour the mixture into the oil.

Fry a pancake for a couple of minutes on one side and a minute on the other. The most difficult thing is to turn the pancake over: it is large, dense enough and can break. Of course, this will not affect the taste, but the view will be spoiled.

If you have fresh vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, dill and parsley, then you can quickly (while the pancake is fried) cut a salad and put it in a beautiful salad bowl. if there is no greenery, then it's okay. This pancake can be used with cheese, sausage and more. That is, what you like. There are practically no factors that restrain the culinary's imagination.

When the oatmeal is ready, fold it in half and transfer it to a plate. It looks great even without embellishments. By the way, in the middle (between the two folded halves, you can put any filling).
