You, like many visitors to my page, probably often have breakfast with simple scrambled eggs, or scrambled eggs. And there is nothing strange in this, because eggs are satisfying, healthy and very fast. You do not need to get up earlier than all family members and try to please your family while standing at the stove. This is the product that every housewife has at hand. And even the youngest and most inexperienced housewife can cook this dish.

I suggest you diversify the menu a little. No, we will not complicate the process of making breakfast. We will take as a basis the very well-known scrambled eggs.

It will come with one ingredient that will add spice to the taste of the dish. I first tried it with my aunt when I stayed overnight with her. It was a very long time ago and since then I periodically delight my family with this unusual taste. We need eggs, pickled or fresh cucumbers, cheese. I'll tell you about the rest of the ingredients during the cooking process. It's easy, healthy, nutritious and just delicious!

Cooking process

Take cheese (any cheese is possible, but better than hard varieties, since it is simply more convenient to rub it, it does not float at hand). Grate it on a coarse grater into a deep bowl. Now take cucumbers (as I said, it doesn't matter which ones, pickled, pickled or fresh). And rub them too, a new separate plate. We do this in order to slightly squeeze out excess moisture. Now combine the cheese and cucumbers in a deep bowl.

The eggs need to be broken and the yolks separated from the whites. we take a container with proteins. You will need to salt them to taste, pepper, add mayonnaise (any that is at home), if you are an ardent opponent of mayonnaise for some reason, then you can replace it with cream. Take fatter - it will be tastier. Everything must be mixed very well with a fork.

We turn on the stove over high heat and heat the pan. We will fry in butter. As the butter melts, put the cheese with cucumbers, fry them for a minute and fill with a mixture of proteins. Then we spread the yolks. We get them in the third layer at the very top. Here's a three-layer "pie" we get.

Now you need to cover tightly and bring to readiness. The dish will not have time to burn, so there is no need to stir it. The resulting breakfast can be cut into portions and served on a platter with salad, or cut into slices and make a sandwich. In combination with other products, such scrambled eggs will also be appropriate.

What products are needed:

If we are preparing breakfast for only one person, then we need the following set of products:

Raw chicken egg - 2 pcs.

• Any cheese (a cheese product will not work, as it melts very poorly and cannot play the role of a connecting link) - 50-100 g (to your taste)

• Cucumbers (pickled, fresh, salted) - depending on their size. If they are small then take three things.

• Mayonnaise (can be replaced with heavy cream) - 1 tbsp.

• Salt and pepper to taste.

After tasting breakfast, as a rule, home-made people are delighted, and then asking about the ingredients, they are very surprised that it is possible to combine the supposedly incompatible products so successfully. Breakfast is great for children, as it looks very unusual, striped, which attracts the attention of kids and forces them to try each layer.

If there are schoolchildren in the house, then you can make a sandwich with such scrambled eggs and put in a bag for snacks. Healthy food will always be there.
