Pevsner diet or table No 5: the basic principles

1. Ratio of protein foods per day - 80 g, half of these proteins should be of plant origin.

4. The total daily calorie should not be more than 2500 kcal.

5. The volume of liquid that the patient drinks a day - a minimum of one and a half liters.

The second group also includes:

- low-fat milk and milk products;

- eggs (one per day);
