During Lent I want to please yourself and loved ones with something tasty. Today prepare burgers without meat! Obtained juicy, nutritious, delicious burgers. They like even children. For many years, I am preparing these cakes during fasting or when you do not want meat. Cook them quickly without too much hassle. It can be eaten hot or cold. Now, watch the recipe.

1. Chickpeas rinsed and soaked overnight in water. Boil for 2 hours. Drain water in a separate container. Chickpeas grind blender, add a little water, which remained after cooking.

2. Cut onions, carrots grate and fry in vegetable oil. At the end of cooking to squeeze out the garlic.

3. Add vegetables to pasta chickpeas, add 3-5 tbsp flour (depending on how much liquid chickpeas paste, thick and if you did not add the water, the flour can not put at all), add salt seasoning. Mix well.

4. Form patties and roll them in flour or breadcrumbs. Sauté over medium heat until golden brown.
