Really liked this dish, which is easy to cook (though it seems that it is not at first sight). I cook it a few times a week and it does not get bored. Delicious and satisfying!

1. Rinse the potatoes and put to boil in their skins.

2. Finely chop the onion and put it in the hot oil in the frying pan.

3. Mushrooms washed, finely chop with a knife and add to the onions in the pan.

4. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce. Fry 7 minutes and put in the cup. The stuffing is ready!

5. Potato peel and turn into a puree. Add 4 tablespoons of flour, salt to taste. A dough-mash which will shape the potato patties.

6. Take a portion of potato dough, form a cake and put it in the center of the stuffing of mushrooms and onions, zevernut edge and roll in breadcrumbs.

7. Fry in a pan in the oil until browned on both sides. All is ready! You can bring to the table. Excellent is this dish with fresh vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce.

✔ mushrooms (you can take any frozen or mushrooms) - 300 g;
