Beet Oriental "Yum!" Very easy to prepare

Today offer together with me to prepare a tasty snack made from beets. Recently really I love this kind of salads. I cook cabbage, carrots or beets. It will take some time off and juicy, flavorful beets will be ready.

1. Beets slightly boiled for 20 minutes in salted water. Cool, peel.

2. Chop on a grater for carrots in Korean, or any other. Or a knife cut into thin strips.

3. Prepare the marinade. Pour the oil into the pan, warm up it strongly. Put all the spices (black pepper, coriander), grated garlic and warm up it's all in the oil a couple of minutes.

4. Grated beets need to add salt and sugar. After that, pour the hot marinade. Add the vinegar. Mix well to a fragrant oil envelops each piece.

5. Cover the lid and put the beets in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Before serving, sprinkle the beets can be sesame seeds.

• Beets - 500 grams;
• Garlic - 4 cloves;
• Vegetable oil - 40 grams;
• Vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.;
• In half a teaspoon of ground coriander, black pepper sugar and salt;
• A pinch of rosemary.
