To prepare the required classic savory yeast dough, cheese (you can use regular cream cheese), dill and sesame seeds for sprinkling.

1. If you have finished unsalted yeast dough - excellent, can immediately start cooking. If not, do the usual tests by leaps and bounds: half a pack of compressed yeast (25 g), pour a glass warm water, add a spoonful of sugar and vegetable oil, a pinch of salt and stir, gradually adding flour. Achieving consistency of dough that does not stick to hands, but remains soft. Covering cloth and leave for forty minutes in the heat.

2. Divide coming up the dough into two equal parts and roll them. On one half of the grate the cheese and sprinkle with herbs. Cover with the second part and a little roll it with a rolling pin. Cut the knife into long strips and place on a greased baking sheet or silicone mat for baking.
