You need 5 servings:
- Pepper - 10 large red;
- Hot pepper - 2-3 pc .;
- Tomatoes - 3-4 large ripe;
- Garlic - 10 cloves;
- Sugar - half cup;
- Vinegar 9% - half of the glass;
- Sunflower oil - half cup;
- Salt - the floor. tablespoon;
- Parsley - a beam;
Salt, sugar, garlic and hot peppers can be adjusted to your taste.
1. Twist in a meat grinder bell peppers and tomatoes. Boil on low heat for 20 minutes.
