Almost one in three (or even second) hands and skin cuticle itself is very dry. I will not hide - itself faced with such a problem, especially in winter.
Dry cuticles are very difficult to properly process itself, that even the master. Its painless to push it's almost impossible, but with the cutter generally have to carefully work as a jeweler. Otherwise malomalski any wrong move will lead to unpleasant injuries.
And in general, dry skin always looks visually senile.
Do not forget to wear mittens, gloves, mittens in winter - this is obvious, but not enough to maintain a healthy skin of the hands in the winter season.
Here are some tips from my own experience that preserve youthfulness of your hands to get rid of dry, burrs, cracks and even hives.
Council №1. Use liquid soap, not lumpy
Bar soap - alkaline, the skin after it is dry. In winter, so all of this is to give soap. There are, of course, bar soap, which does not alter the skin pH closer to an alkaline medium (such as a Thai soap). But it is more expensive than any good moisturizing soap.
I personally stocked with liquid soap from Domix. I just like their gentle composition, not cloying perfume and economical consumption. My only recommendation is what I use myself. Buy the same or not - your right.
№2 Council. Nourishing hand cream before bedtime - obligatory
Especially in winter, and it is desirable to vitamin E. With him creams quickly heals small cracks and sores, normalize lipid balance (and in the winter it's straight arch-important), eliminates peeling. And in general, vitamin E is designed to fight against aging. Plus it will never for our skin.
№3 Council. Use cuticle oil
Excellent moisturizing sesame oil and shea butter. Moisturize and nourish avocado oil and wheat germ oil. Inflammation removes oil aloe.
By the way, oil is useful for the nail plate. In previous articles I have already told me that the permeability of the nail several times higher than leather.
№4 Council. In winter, at least once do yourself a paraffin
On it I have already talked in detail here.
№5 Council. Dry side bolsters not nibble!
No pliers, it is fraught with the formation of burrs. Spila better their nail file.
№6 Council. Use creams and ointments used by experienced florists
Who better than them to better know about contact dermatitis complicated by allergic reactions. Contact with thorns and with truncation - hell for the hands. Not always they are able to work with the colors in the gloves. But when in the hands of the forms is a problem, use the following tools:
- 10% methyluracil (ointment external preparation);
- Afloderm (remove hives and itching);
- Radevit (better blend with the cream, in which the composition has a vitamin F).
