If you work the night shift, on a rolling basis, or even for some strange schedule, not only miss your favorite TV series, but you can spoil yourself health.
Our internal clock linked to the daylight hours. For them, it does not matter, you have to work at night or sleeping. The internal clock will prevent you to sleep in the daytime.
If you do not control the internal clock, the sleep disorder is guaranteed. This can lead to health problems - from a disorder of the gastrointestinal tract to diabetes and heart disease.
Not every night work leads to diseases, and not every sleep disorder is associated with such work. Try to remember how you were asleep before I started working the night shift.
If before the sleep problems was not, it was my fault the night shift. So, some things you can do on your own. If you have previously had insomnia, it is best to consult a doctor.

After a night shift just try to go to sleep.
Limit contact with bright light for at least 30 minutes before sleep. Very good option - it is to wear sunglasses on the way home from the night shift. Even if the street is overcast, you still wear glasses.
Limit caffeine. Do not drink any caffeinated beverages past 4 hours your night shift.
Immediately set the boundaries. Your relatives and friends should know when not to bother you.
