People with allergies to metals afraid to once again touch the jewelry, doorknobs or coins. They happen from this dermatitis with redness, rashes, blisters, and scratching.
Sometimes you can run into the metal in the most unexpected place.
Jewelry
Allergy is more often in the nickel, cobalt and chromium. With them, we usually meet in jewelry of low quality.
Much less often notice the reaction here on these metals and alloys:
- Copper
- yellow gold
- Platinum
- Stainless steel
- Stirling (an alloy of silver with a small amount of copper or other metals)
It is advisable to avoid white gold and gold-plated products, because there will be nickel and cobalt.
