Recipe cakes with sour cream

You will need:

  • Flour - 2.5 cups;
  • butter - 100 gram;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • sour cream - 1 cup;
  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • Soda - 1 tsp;
  • raisins - 4 tablespoons;
  • Salt - a pinch.

How to cook:

First, beat the eggs with the sugar, adding to them the salt schepotochku. Thoroughly mix all.

After that you need to the egg mixture, add sour cream, soda, and again all mix well.

Butter must be heated in a water bath, and add to the dough.

It is up to the flour. Its a must sift, and then gradually introduce to the remaining ingredients, stirring constantly batter.

Raisins can just rinse and dry with a towel. But, if you want, you can hold it for about 10 minutes in hot water. Sprinkle it a little flour and add to the dough. Stir again.
