Today we prepare seemingly simple but delicious meatballs stuffed with mozzarella cheese. Due to the fact that there are no eggs in the minced meat, chops obtained by air and light. A tender filling, which runs at every bite - it's just love on a platter.

Ingredients

To prepare meatballs with cheese need:

  • Minced meat - 500 grams;
  • crumb of bread - 50 g;
  • mozzarella cheese - 50 g;
  • Milk - 70 ml;
  • onions - 80 g;
  • garlic - 10 g;
  • bread crumbs - 4 tbsp .;
  • salt - to taste;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • Vegetable oil - for frying.

Cooking method

Usually cutlets I use a mixture of three kinds of meat: chicken, beef and pork. So they turn to the best of fat, juicy and tender. Let's get started.

1. One slice of bread soaked in milk, thus removing this chunk.

2. Until the crumb soaked, mix ground beef with spices and salt.

3. Now add to stuffing squeezed from excessive liquid crumb.

4. Onions and garlic grate texture to a more uniform. Knead stuffing.

5. Cut the mozzarella circles.
