To prepare the turkey teriyaki sauce, in addition to 250 grams of meat, consider:

  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Cooking method

1. The first step will prepare components: shinkuem onions, crush garlic.

2. Cut the turkey breast. In my case, the turkey was purchased in the form of medallions, so I just cut the meat in half.

4. Fry fillets to obtain a delicious blush and brown. Cooking turkey first at moderately high heat, then reduce to low.

5. For roasted fillet add onion and garlic. Fry until the roots become translucent.

6. Then add teriyaki sauce and half the sesame seeds. Tormented over low heat until cooked, stirring occasionally. It takes about 20 minutes.

If you choose to use honey in the recipe, then add it to the final stage. You just need to wait until it is completely not connected to other components, but without browning.

7. We spread ready turkey fillet on a la carte dish.
