Not long ago, I made mini croissants with salted red fish. Today I suggest to cook something similar, but at the same time is very different from already presented dishes - fragrant croissants puff pastry with baked red fish, pickled cucumber and herbs.

Cooking Time - 40 minutes

Number of servings - 1

Ingredients

Croissant need:

  • puff pastry - 200 g;
  • red fish - 100 grams;
  • pickled cucumbers - 50 g;
  • boiled egg - 1 pc;
  • green onion - to taste.

If you do not like cucumbers, it is recommended to prepare fast small croissants with salted red fish - gentle, airy and insanely delicious.

1. Pickled cucumber shred through a fine grater. Lightly squeeze, removing excess fluid.

2. Earlier, baked fish, fit and boiled, finely ground.

3. Also finely chop the boiled egg.

4. Shinkuem feathers of green onions finely.

5. Mix the ingredients for the stuffing, salt and pepper.

6. We roll out the dough, cut into three triangles and spread on each of the stuffing bits.
