It is known that fresh cabbage during heat treatment loses much of vitamin C. This also applies to a sauerkraut. But if you resort to the gentle way, you can save almost all nutrients. Therefore, I hasten to share with you an interesting retseptikom delicious salad of cabbage, which will charge you with vitamins.

Ingredients

  • cabbage - 150 g;
  • carrots - 50 g;
  • sugar - ½ tsp .;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • vegetable oil - ½ tbsp .;
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
The original version, whereby salad is prepared in canteens, contains 9% vinegar (1 tsp). I decided not to use it, replacing the lemon juice.

Cooking method

1. Shinkuem cabbage and mash your hands, so that it becomes softer.

2. Laying cabbage in a container suitable for heating on the plate. We put on a strong fire and warm up for 2-3 minutes. When this begins to stand out juice intensively. Turn off the fire and pour the lemon juice to the cabbage. Close the lid and give stand for 5 minutes.

3. The next step we add the carrots, salt, sugar. Mix salad. Cover with a lid and remove in the refrigerator overnight.

Salad is almost ready. It remains only to add oil to the juiciness of lettuce. The taste can be added and chopped dill.
