Today, almost the first time I try watermelon radish. Honestly, I did not feed her passionate feelings. But, as it turned out, it was not in the radish, and in its degree of ripeness. You should choose the fruit with a rich core and a white halo around.

And as I got a good radish, I decided to cook a delicious and easy meatless salad.

Ingredients

  • watermelon radishes - 1 pc;
  • turnips - 1 pc;
  • carrot - ½ piece;
  • dill - to taste;
  • vegetable oil odor - 1 tbsp .;
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Cooking method
