Juicy chicken with lecho in a frying pan

I'm not a big fan of different dressings. Pickled cucumbers and tomatoes love. Caviar squash, mushrooms also accept a meal. But lecho... But my grandmother carefully prepares every summer. To say that we do not eat, do not dare. Throw? This is an unacceptable step, especially when you consider how much effort invested in it.

Long thought to use "wealth". Decided to hold a culinary experiment. And it turned out to be very successful!

Cooking time - 40 minutes.

Ingredients

  • chicken thighs - 2 pcs;
  • Onion - 1 pc;
  • letcho - 300 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp .;
  • spices - to taste.

Cooking method

Regarding the composition of lecho say that it consists of tomatoes, peppers, carrots and butter. Vinegar in this lecho is not used, which is very important. But it needs to be stored exclusively in the refrigerator.

1. With chicken thigh meat and remove the chop. I did a strip size of a finger. Then season with its spices (I used only salt).

2. Shinkuem onions.

3. Bow fried in oil with paprika (prefer this spice), coriander and a pinch of salt. Fry for about 5 minutes over low heat.

4. By the golden onion add the chicken. Fry until almost cooked chicken - 10 minutes.

5. That time has come lecho. I took a third portion of 500 ml jars.

6. Simmered chicken tormented another 15-20 minutes (remember that vinegar is not!)

Chicken cooked with lecho, it turns out excellent.

Serve the dish with fresh herbs and sesame seeds.

When my husband was eating chicken fun, I asked him: Is not nothing reminds him of a dish. The answer pleased - he did not suspect that it was used lecho. This result I wanted. Bon Appetit!
