- potatoes - 300 g;
- cream - 300 ml;
- milk - 100 ml;
- flour - 1 tbsp .;
- Garlic - 1 clove;
- butter - 1 tablespoon
Cooking method
For your convenience, I want to note that one share of milk take three shares cream. In this case, a total volume of 400 ml. These two glasses take 1 tablespoon of flour.
1. Potatoes cut into cubes.
2. Mix the milk, cream, chopped garlic, flour and spices. Of spices, I took the sweet paprika and black pepper.
3. Put the potatoes in the shape carpeted with foil (optional). Foil coat with butter.
4. Fill the prepared mixture.
6. Cover with foil and send it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.
7. After 30 minutes, gat, remove the foil and put in the oven for another 20 minutes browned.
Serve potatoes to the table, decorated with green onions.
