It really happened that tea without biscuits or pastries unthinkable in our family. Say that it is easier to buy everything in the store... Oh no! We, of course, a sweet tooth, but we reflect on the fact that we eat. Therefore, the various options of quick recipes already saved up a lot of tea.

Ingredients

  • Milk - 75 ml;
  • egg - 1 pc;
  • flour - 140 g;
  • Cocoa powder - 30 g;
  • sugar - 165 grams;
  • refined vegetable oil - 75 ml;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp .;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • vanilla - 1 oz.

Cooking method

Muffins (or, in Russian, muffins) fascinate me that cook faster. And it's not so much the speed of kneading, as in time of baking: 15-20 minutes for amazing cupcakes - just magic.

1. Add salt to the egg, sugar and vanilla.

2. Beat until whitening weight.

3. Pour the milk, and then by the oil.

4. Then, in a bowl sift flour with baking powder already mixed and cocoa.

5. Knead the dough from the middle walls, achieving complete homogeneity.

6. Put the dough in a baking tin. Fill in the form on 2/3, so that the dough does not run away - it will rise well.

7. The baking time in the oven - 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C.

Cupcakes turn out very tasty, tender and airy. Their texture is comparable to aerated chocolate: a lot of small air spaces within the cupcakes. Enjoy your tea!
