Today I suggest to cook pate, which is useful during Lent, when the temptation to taste the meat is great, but it is not permissible. It is lightweight, but very nutritious. And how appetizing it looks on the bread!

Cooking Time - 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • Beans - 100 grams;
  • mushrooms - 100 g;
  • Onion - 1 pc;
  • Carrots - 1 pc;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp .:
  • Salt - a pinch:
  • pepper - a pinch;
  • nutmeg - a pinch.

Cooking method

1. Beans boil until tender.

Pre-soaked beans - better to soak it overnight. After soaking wash, laying in cold water and put on a moderate fire. Cook, following the instructions on the package. Season with salt for 5-7 minutes before turning off the beans.

2. Onions and carrots fry. Mushrooms and fry separately from the vegetables.

3. Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a blender and well pyuriruem adding spices to taste.

That's it: our meatless pie ready.
