Simple and tasty: delicious spaghetti with tomatoes and mushrooms

Paying tribute to the current Lent, I decided to cook meatless meals based on mushrooms and tomatoes. There are three main ingredients, and the dishes are amazing.

Cooking Time - 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 300 g;
  • mushrooms - 150 g;
  • spaghetti - 200 g;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp .;
  • salt - to taste;
  • ground black pepper - to taste.

Cooking method

1. Chop tomatoes. If there are extra 10 minutes should remove the peel, showering tomatoes with boiling water, previously notched with their tail.

2. Cut the mushrooms at random.

3. The oil is first sent to the tomatoes and garlic. Tormented over low heat for 5 minutes.

4. When the tomatoes with garlic sauce gain consistency by providing a lot of juice, add it to the mushrooms. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked mushrooms.

5. To add the already prepared sauce spaghetti boiled until soft. We bring them to readiness.

6. Serve the dish with spaghetti and sauce.

Spaghetti combined with mushrooms and tomatoes turn out very tasty and satisfying. Bon Appetit!
