- yeast dough - 500 g;
- yolk - 1 pc;
- sesame seeds - 4 tablespoons. l .;
- cottage cheese - 250 g;
- sugar - 100 grams;
- vanilla - 1 oz.
Cooking method
1. Divide dough into 5 parts. Form the balls, closing them at the bottom. It is for this tail, we will take the dough, when we dip the test into the beaten egg yolk.
2. But the process itself - first into the beaten egg yolk, then in sesame seeds.
3. These are the balls we should get. Their cover with cling film and leave for 20-30 minutes to raise.
4. When the dough is suitable, we take the glass and make the recess for filling.
5. As a filling we use a mixture of sugar, cottage cheese and vanilla.
6. Stuffing we try to distribute evenly. On request, bread rolls sprinkle with sugar.
7. Bake rolls at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
8. Buns are ready. And what is the result? It's a cross between the classic cheesecake and bread rolls with sesame seeds. But still very tasty.
