  • potatoes - 250 g;
  • flour - 75 g;
  • Garlic - 3 cloves;

  • milk - 50 grams;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • Salt - a pinch.

Cooking method

1. Potatoes boil in salted water. Pyuriruem with the addition of butter.

2. We enter the egg and minced garlic. The puree can also add onions, but I recommend it to fry. This nuance, at first, will save from raw onion pieces in fritters. Secondly, browned onions give new flavor notes of the dish.

3. Now add the warm milk.

4. The last ingredient - flour. Baking powder is not necessary, since we do mostly potato pancakes, and flour in them only to secure the mass.

5. The dough is ready.

6. Put the tablespoon into hot oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
