Lush omelet "Egg Trio" in multivarka

This morning I visited an interesting idea - to prepare an unusual omelet. And I decided to do it all in three eggs, but from a variety of birds - chicken, duck and goose. Let's see what happens!

Cooking Time - 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • chicken egg - 1 pc;
  • duck egg - 1 pc;
  • Goose egg - 1 pc;
  • milk - 150 ml;
  • sausages hunting - 50 g;
  • salt - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

For me was the great discovery that duck eggs in size almost the same as the chicken. But the crow's greater than about 2.5 times, but it turns out that the size is not the limit.

Cooking method

1️⃣ first egg wash well - it's not a fad, but a necessity. It is believed that the duck eggs are very dirty, so they should be thoroughly rinsed. Then break the three eggs in a bowl.

2️⃣ Measure out the desired amount of milk, add the eggs, salt and whisk.

3️⃣ Cut sausages into rings.

4️⃣ Send the sausages to the already whipped mixture of egg and milk.

5️⃣ Pour egg-milk mixture in the bowl for omelet Multivarki oiled. Put the mode "Baking" by 25 minutes.

6️⃣ After 25 minutes our omelet is ready.

7️⃣ Before serving, sprinkle with herbs omelet.
